Workspace Creator

The Workspace Creator guides you through setting up a new workspace, adding members, and optionally importing resources from workspaces you already own.

Step 1: Workspace Information

Start by entering the basic details of your new workspace:

  • Workspace Name (required)

  • Workspace Description (optional)

  • Workspace Logo (optional, PNG/JPG, up to 300 KB)

Click Next to continue.

Step 2: Add Members

You can invite members during workspace creation.

  • Enter one or more email addresses and click Add

  • Or use Choose from current to add members from other workspaces you own

  • Added emails will appear in the list before sending the invitations

Click Next to move to the final step.

Step 3: Import From Existing Workspaces

If you own other workspaces, you can import:

  • Chats and messages

  • Limit settings

  • Resources (such as API keys or models)

Toggle Import for any workspace you want to pull data from.

Completing Workspace Creation

After you finish all steps, click Create Workspace. Your new workspace will appear in My available workspaces, showing your role, credits, status, and member count.
