Create an organization within Arcee to manage your models, collaborate with team members, and streamline workflows. This foundational structure enables efficient resource allocation and user management.

Organization Creation Process

Creating an Organization

To create an organization in Arcee, you must first log in to the Arcee platform. Once logged in, navigate to the upper right corner of the dashboard under your current organization. Here, you'll see an option for Create Organization.

Upon selecting Create Organization, you'll be directed to a screen titled 'Create a new Arcee organization'. This screen has a text input field labeled Name where you can enter the name of your new organization.

After entering the desired name, click on the prominent pink Create button to submit the organization name and establish your new organization. If needed, you can use the Back link at the bottom left of the screen to navigate to the previous page.

Pick a Meaningful Name!

Your organization name will represent your team or project within Arcee. Make it clear and relevant to ensure easy recognition and alignment with your goals.

Inviting Team Members

After creating your organization in Arcee, you can invite team members to join by sending email invitations. This allows you to collaborate with others within your organization efficiently.

To invite team members, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Arcee dashboard and find the Invite Team Members option under your organization settings.

  2. Click on the Invite Team Members button to open the invitation form.

  3. Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite.

  4. Click the Send Invitations button to send the invites.

Inviting team members enables collaboration, allowing everyone to contribute to building, deploying, and improving Small Language Models (SLMs) within your Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). By working together, you can leverage diverse expertise and ensure that the models are well-aligned with your organization's needs.
